Every quarter you receive an itemized statement in plain language. It shows:
- Rent received
- Expenses paid, such as repairs and utilities
- Our management fees
- The amount paid out to you
Receipts and invoices are available for anything you want to check.
Payouts
Payouts follow the schedule set out in your management agreement. If anything affects a payout, such as a late payment or an unexpected repair, we tell you.
