Maintenance and inspections

Small problems caught early cost far less than large ones. We keep an eye on your property so you do not have to.

Inspections

We visit your property on the schedule set out in your management agreement and report on its condition, with photos. Inspections cover the state of the property, signs of damage or wear, and whether the tenant is looking after it.

Maintenance and repairs

Routine maintenance coordinated with approved contractors

Emergency repairs handled promptly, with you informed

Renovations coordinated from quote to completion

Tenant repair requests received and triaged by us

How a repair request works

1

Tenant reports the issue

Through our maintenance request form, marked as emergency, urgent or routine.

2

We assess and arrange

We assess the issue and arrange an approved contractor.

3

You stay informed

You are told what happened and what it cost, and it appears in your statement.

Inspection and monitoring for empty properties

Whether your property is occupied or empty, we are on hand to deal with problems. For owners who are not renting out, our monitoring service gives you peace of mind. Our team carries out weekly security and service checks as required, including:

Inspecting doors, windows and shutters for security

Checking electricals and turning them off when the property will be vacant

Defrosting the freezer when required

Descaling the kettle when required

Cleaning air-conditioning filters when required

Reading electric and water meters, to detect abnormal usage

Ensuring external fixtures and fittings are intact

Putting away outside furniture as required
