Frequently asked questions

Answers for property owners and tenants.

For property owners

Do I need to be in Cyprus to work with you?
No. We manage properties for owners living in Cyprus and abroad, and keep you informed by email and in your quarterly statements.
Which areas do you cover?
Our head office is in Paphos and we manage properties in Paphos, Peyia and Limassol. See Areas We Serve.
What services do you offer?
Long-term rental management, holiday rental management and inspection-only services, plus renovation coordination. See Management Services.
How do you choose tenants?
Every applicant is screened before a lease is offered: identity, income or employment, references and rental history. See Tenant Screening & Placement.
How and when do I get paid?
Rent is collected by us and paid out to you after agreed fees and costs, following the schedule in your management agreement. You receive an itemized statement every quarter.
What do you charge?
It depends on the property and the services you choose, so we do not publish one figure for every home. Our fee is agreed with you directly, in plain terms, once we know your property. Repairs and other costs are charged at cost and itemized in your statement. See Pricing & Management Fees.
Who pays for repairs?
Repairs are coordinated by us with approved contractors and appear itemized in your statement. Details are set out in your management agreement.

For tenants

Complete the form on the Requirements & Application page. We review your details and may ask for documents and references.
What documents do I need?
Typically an identity document, proof of income or employment, and references. Exact requirements can vary by property.
How do I report a repair?
Use the Maintenance Requests page and choose how urgent it is. For danger to life, call 112 first.
Who do I contact about my tenancy?
You can contact our Paphos office through the Contact page. We act as your point of contact for the property.
